Using Google for Document Creation

GoogleDocs (http://docs.google.com) allows users to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets or forms.  This is a great solution for individuals who don't want to spend the money on Microsoft Office or who are migrating to smaller, more portable, wireless devices that encourage the use of online applications.  GoogleDocs also makes sharing items easy.  Instructors who are trying to go paperless and students who are working on group projects may find this especially valuable.  The biggest downside is that, in order for document sharing and editing to work its best, all parties involved must have a Google account.

The following video outlines how to log-in to GoogleDocs and how to create and share a document.
